Dear Community,

 As many of you know our dear friend Katherine Rose (K.M. Yarian) has recently become unemployed.  This has created an immense impact on her financially.  I spoke with Kat and she has agreed to allow me to host a GoFundMe for her. 

 In Katherine’s own words:

 “Due to the pandemic, I was recently let go from both of my part time jobs, losing all of my income and health insurance. Because I worked several part time jobs serving the community in non-profit instead of one full time job, unemployment insurance won’t begin to cover the cost of my rent and bills in San Francisco. While I’ve been looking and sending out resumes, I could use some help. Navigating the job market for the first time as a transgender person is proving difficult, especially as someone over the age of fifty. It is embarrassing to ask for help but I hope that if in some small way I have contributed to your joy and hope over my many years in service to the San Francisco community, you may be inclined to help until I get on my feet again.”

 If you can please donate, I know Katherine will be extremely grateful.  All the monies will go towards rent, bills, and food.
