The Montclair trail intersection is a special place in our community—a spot where neighbors gather, friends catch up, and people take a moment to rest while running errands or enjoying the outdoors. Recently, I decided to put out my own bench as a trial, and it’s been heartwarming to see how many people have used it. From sipping coffee to meeting up with friends, the bench has quickly become a favorite gathering place.

Seeing how much joy and comfort this simple bench has brought, I want to take the next step. My goal is to get my bench back and put a nicer one at this intersection, and if possible, add a couple more—including something fun for kids to sit on. I believe these benches will make the intersection even more inviting and accessible for everyone in our neighborhood.
