Ben Fischer College Fund

Westwood Troop 350 is creating a Go Fund Me for Ben Fischer, who unexpectantly lost his father Jeff Fischer on Sunday, October 25th.

Jeff and Ben are members of Westwood Scout Troop 350, Jeff as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Ben as a First-Class Scout.  When Jeff spoke about what he saw as Ben’s future it was for Ben to become an Eagle Scout within our troop and attend college.  As his troop we will help Ben achieve the first part of that plan and we are asking for your help with this fundraiser to assist with the second half. 

If you know Jeff Fischer, you know about his larger than life heart. He spent much of his time giving to those around him.  We have seen so much love and support within our community and were left wondering as a Troop what can be done to help. Our hope is by creating this fundraiser it will help ensure that Jeff’s wishes for Ben are made easier for his wife Paige whom he adored.  

Jeff's presence, sense of humor, guidance, wonderful stories and friendship will be missed beyond words by those lives he touched within Troop 350.  The world is a little dimmer without him.
