Thank you for taking the time to look at this GoFundMe! My name is Rachel Peck. My Brother-in-law, Benjamin, needs open heart surgery on Monday, March 27th.

He was born with a heart condition called Aortic Stenosis. One of the valves in his heart is supposed to have 3 cuspids but only has 2. Those 2 cuspids are also abnormally thick which has been putting a great strain on his heart. He and his family have known that he would need this surgery one day but the time has come very quickly!

While they do not need financial assistance for the surgery itself, both Benjamin and his wife, Ashley, will not be able to work as much during the time Ben needs to recover. They also cannot arrange for a Meal Train due to the very limited diet Benjamin will be on post-surgery and the multiple allergies that different family members have. This is where the financial assistance you can provide is greatly needed!
