Help Ben Cahill Reunite with his Son Andy

Dear friends,

You may be aware that Ben, our wonderful and loved Ben, is currently in the middle of a very challenging time. It has been over 50 days since Andy Cahill, Ben's son has been returned to him. The past month has seen Ben re-live some very traumatic events from his past with the added ordeal of stressful false allegations, all of which has been cleared.

Unfortunately, even with a outright breach of longstanding parenting orders, Andy is yet to be returned to Ben. The family court system with its current shortcomings has failed to effectively enforce custody orders. We have no way of knowing when Ben will see Andy again. At this rate, we are expecting a very difficult Christmas. Andy is painfully missed at home and family events, and our hearts are broken.

We are at the start of what appears to be a long, drawn out legal process with mediation and family court. We are advised that this process can take another 3-6 months.

As Ben's family and friends, we know this to be true; that Ben is an incredible father and will do anything for little Andy. If you are compelled to help Ben out with his legal fees, our gratitude will be boundless.
