Dear neighbors and friends of Bemis Park,

Bemis Park's century-old tennis courts are in need of a serious upgrade.

We're raising money to turn these courts into the newest and best outdoor spots in Omaha to play tennis and pickleball.

We also hope to generate some of the money from community grants. The closer we get to our $30,000 goal, the more of the list below we'll be able to update.

Here's what you will be donating to:

Repairing the cement and repainting the lines.

Installing high-quality nets sized for both tennis and pickleball

Repairing and enhancing the fencing for safety

Fixing the concrete retaining wall on the south end of the court and improving the lighting

We hope to get all the upgrades done in the latter half of this year.
