Belwop Children's Home - Kenya

Hi All!

Along with 14 folks we are trying to raise  $70,000 dollars for Belwop!

What is Belowp?

Belwop is a children’s orphanage for abused and neglected children in Nyeri, Kenya.

Why should I care?

Every child no matter where they are in the world deserves to grow in a safe and conducive environment.

Where do your donations go?
Your donations will go towards...
- Materials to help the kiddos learn at school
- Food to help them grow big & strong
- Building maintenance to maintain a safe place for them to sleep, play and go to school.

We've also partnered with Extreme Response to help Belwop build & harvest a rain water system

Why Water?
Water is hauled in weekly but does not always arrive as scheduled. When it does come, it is rationed.

Imagine not knowing the next time you will have water or how much you will have to clean, wash, bathe and cook for your children.

One rainfall could collect up to three‐months worth of water.

What's my role?
This August I’m going to work at Belwop. On this trip I'll be able to serve in so many ways such as helping with the up-keep of the orphanage - building, painting and groundwork. As well as creating opportunities... well for children to be children and play!

I would be extremely grateful if you helped with my fundraising campaign. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated. If your heart desires, please share this link!
