Hey All!
Our beloved Yoga teacher, Aubrey Hackman is in need of some support. She is six months pregnant with not one, but TWO baby boys and is doing this whole momma adventure on her own. Yes, you read that right. She is a single mother trying to prepare for and support twin human beings due in March of 2019.
We are trying to help her with her maternity leave and raising enough funds to get her rent paid, doula fees and all her worries taken care of for the first several months. Of course we wish we could raise a million dollars which is what it probably takes to raise two kids over twenty something years in Encinitas, but any amount will help.
If you have ever raised a child, I'm sure you understand how intense this will be for her having to do it on her own and to carry the financial weight of this while raising two kids. Even if you have not raised a child, consider this birth control for you and count your blessings and throw a couple bucks at the cause.
We have raised 25k before to open Gather and Aubrey has been a part of our community for the last several years and one of the most devoted teachers of yoga (and our studio) I have ever met. If you have ever taken her class then you know how much she gives. And now its time to help this sister out for fucks sake!
If everyone from our community gave even 20$, we would be so grateful and it would take so much stress off of her while she embarks on this motherhood thing with double the amount of crying and breast feeding! We can do this and remember there are people out there that need some social support so do your duty in a social world and help your homies!
