✨ ANGLICARE NSW SOUTH, NSW WEST & ACT✨

Belle has created a deep connection to this organisation over the past 2 years. Belle and her team at Kitson Property work in partnership with Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT managing 8 CHIF houses in our local area. These homes provide essential support and empowerment to women and children at risk due to family violence. Anglicare provides crisis and transitional housing, domestic and family violence support and early intervention, advocacy and referrals for clients.

Amber-Rose has a background working with disadvantaged or at risk children, teaching and psychology and it meant equally as much to Amber to be given the honour to represent this charity.

Specifically, the funds raised as part of our Thomas Bros Wagga Wagga Takes 2 journey will be utilised to refurbish and fully furnish their transitional FDV house in Wagga Wagga. This will allow women and child/ren to have a safe place to stay in those initial stages of leaving DV. This in itself, is so significant!

We importantly want to raise awareness within our community that there are options and services available out there in Wagga Wagga and that Anglicare can provide a range of various supports so that women can safely navigate their way to a positive future.
