Hi everyone!! I am excited to announce that in December, I have the opportunity to travel to Ghana and participate in medical volunteer work. I will be going with the Global Brigades program. While in Ghana, I will be able to work closely with the local community and staff in order to provide care. With help from the staff, I will be able to triage patients, give consultations, provide dental and eye care, and prescribe medications. Through this program, I will gain volunteer and shadowing hours along with deepening my knowledge through critical care. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me fund this trip.
