But recently, Bella began squinting in terrible pain. We rushed her to the hospital, where doctors discovered painful, non-healing ulcers in BOTH eyes! These open wounds put her at risk of serious infection and require urgent treatment by an eye specialist.

Bella needs to undergo diamond burr debridement, a specialized procedure to remove damaged tissue and help her eyes heal. She will also need medications, follow-up visits, and potentially further surgery if her eyes don’t heal. Bella has already lost her vision.
