Belfast - Dublin 173KM Ultra Marathon

Donation protected
On 21 April I will set off from The Crown Bar, Belfast - my destination - the world-famous Guinness Brewery Gates, Dublin - 173km away. This ultra-marathon has a 30-hour time limit and if I stop moving for more than 40 minutes I will be automatically disqualified.

I am completing this challenge to help raise awareness and sponsorship for Turning Point, NI. Turning Point is a mental health hub for those experiencing any form of mental crisis - support during a crisis is the most important thing as I learned from my time dealing with PTSD. Turning Point supports the Northern Health and Social Care Trust aiming to reduce the intensity of suicide and self-harming behaviours within the area; promote positive mental wellbeing; build resilience and give support to bereaved families. Their work is so important and we need more local charities supporting mental health.

Please take time if you can to share/support my challenge. Every share, like and donation will help Turning Point NI make a positive impact on those who need it most.
