I am Eleanor Springfield, a new mother with my second child expected in spring.
This past summer I was driven far from my home by a volcanic eruption, a new cycle of death and rebirth on Earth. This stressful chapter of displacement has brought me clarity on my life and healed many fears that were living subconsciously within me.
In summer I was unexpectedly blessed with a new soul in my womb, here to teach me how to hold strong boundaries without compromise, to stand grounded, and fully surrender to trust in my heart. So that is what I am doing.
My situation is that I am deeply trapped in a dangerous, abusive, financially dependent relationship. It has become unbearable with small children. I know now that I must conquer the fear of the unknown with no resources of my own, to free my children from this.
As a hardworking pregnant mother, in a financially disempowered situation, there are tremendous obstacles to face in leaving. I am determined to leave. I believe in my power and the relentless will of a protective mama.
I am humbly asking for help to do this. Raising $5000 now in this pivotal, vulnerable time, will give me the ability to return home to my community and find support for birth and postpartum. The money will go towards my plane ticket, my shelter, and midwifery and postpartum doula care for me and my children. In my current location, the cost of living and maternity and postpartum care is very high and I would not be able to get by on my own without investing much more money.
This will give me the opportunity to heal from birth and my relationship of 5 years, so that I can grow the future of my family from a secure foundation.
How we birth our children shapes their entire lives. I am calling in all my angels to help me create a safe space, a peaceful, loving, supportive birth so that my children may go forth in the world at peace, in love, as supportive Earth beings.
