Dear Friends and Supporters,

I am excited to share an opportunity to help me restore a Tuscan villa just south of Florence. Envisioned as my home and a vibrant location for the Tuscan Heritage Foundation’s learning center. My mission is to preserve the rich culture and traditions of Tuscany while providing a space for community engagement and educational programs.

The villa needs significant remodeling, in addition to this key focus is the preservation and restoration of the traditional Tuscan perennial landscape. These landscapes provide food security and carbon sequestration, and I aim to promote their vital importance. The property currently has 150 olive trees and many fruit trees, and is a perfect learning environment to honor the historic sustainable methods of the region's agricultural and cultural heritage while promoting elegant sustainable solutions to global problems. Additionally, the land is a lovely location for a sculpture park, giving artists space to connect with land and history.

I am seeking to raise $300,000 for renovation costs, and I am asking for your generous support in making the Tuscan Heritage Foundation a reality.
