This fundraiser is for a devoted, loving mother who is fighting to protect her young child and keep him safe in her care. She has always been a nurturing and hands -on-mom - the kind of parent who has always done things in the best interest of her children. Her older children have grown up surrounded by her love, stability, and care, and she has shared custody with her ex-husband for years without issue.

Now, she's facing one of the hardest battles of her life. The father of her youngest son has taken her to court, seeking full custody and making false claims about her character and mental health. This has been an incredibly painful and overwhelming experience for her, especially as she's also healing from the emotional, mental, and physical abuse she's endured from him.

She wants nothing more than to continue being the devoted mother her children know - but she urgently needs legal support to do that. Family law attorneys and court fees are expensive, and she currently doesn't have the financial means to secure the proper help.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward retaining a family law attorney and covering court-related expenses to help her fight for her child's safety and well-being.
