Help Becky and Jon Keep Their Home

Becky and Jon, old friends of the VinSori Village, have fallen on hard times and are at risk of losing their home. The two of them are disabled and unable to find more immediate means of additional income due to their disabilities. Becky is working to get onto disability insurance, but the process can take up to a year to complete. Additionally, the rents in their region are high and beyond their current means. They’re cutting costs everywhere they can to make ends meet, but if they lose their home they will run the risk of becoming homeless. They have by the end of October to be back to making regular payments in order to keep their home. For those of you who are fellow Villagers, you probably know who Becky and Jon are. For those of you who are unfamiliar with them, Becky and Jon are very kind and supportive people who don’t judge and who accept people for who they are. It would be hard to find a nicer pair of people. For those of you who are not familiar with the Village, we’re an online collective of people who were brought together by Vin and Sori’s reaction channel. The Village is about being there for each other and supporting each other. As fellow Villagers, we chose to setup a fundraiser for Becky and Jon to do our best to help them out. Whatever you give, the funds will go toward keeping a roof over Becky and Jon’s heads. Regardless of who you are or whether or not you’re affiliated with the Village, if you can give anything at all, even the smallest and most seemingly insignificant amount, it will help and will go to a good cause.
