Virginia Hill Condo Rooftop Committee

Hello, my name is Brandon, I am a fellow resident at Virginia Hill Condo. I am representing the community rooftop committee. Now that the rooftop is open to HOA community members in good standing, we would like to collect donations as funds toward rooftop furniture, repairs, and maintenance. We are seeking to do this through donations to avoid using HOA funds.

We will use the funds for chairs, planters, painting supplies to paint the stairwell, signs, and other things to help our rooftop become a beautiful space

We welcome your input on how you think the funds should be spent. All funds will be spent only on the rooftop project.
