We are excited to share that the Sterling Creek Board of Directors is planning a significant landscaping enhancement project in 2025 to beautify the entrances to our community.

We are working with the City of Friendswood and landscaping vendors, carefully planning each step of the landscaping beautification project. The improvements will include adding trees and shrubs to the barren area that extends the entire distance along Friendswood Parkway (and the retention ponds on either side of Evans Gate), from the Friendswood Lakes subdivision to Sandy Lake Blvd in Sterling Creek. It will also include installing an irrigation system to ensure the long-term health, growth, and care of the trees and shrubs planted. This project will not only significantly improve the aesthetics and overall look of our community, it will also increase the property value of the homes in our neighborhood. A significant side benefit will be the trees will serve to muffle the noise of the traffic that has already begun to increase on Friendswood Parkway.
