Unasakut, uvanga Heidi Metcalfe, Ottawamiut. Hi everyone, I'm Heidi Metcalfe, an Inuk living in Ottawa. This fundraiser is to help the Kangok family with a headstone for beautiful Kim Kangok who passed away unexpectedly. Kim worked for many years helping Nunavutmiut with interpretations during medical visits. The entire Kangok family has experienced so much loss in the past few years, I'm hopeful that community can come together to support the family in ensuring Kim has a headstone.
