I was attacked by my racist upstairs duplex neighbors on November 3rd after months trying to get help from my landlord for them harassing my family. They attacked me while I was taking out my dog in the morning and my child was watching out the window. They used racially-motivated words like welfare,  East LA, rat and of course the n word (I'm not on welfare,  not from or have lived in California). I  now have a anti-harassment order against them and an assault case pending. I have pictures, video, hospital report and a police report but it seems no one will take me seriously that this is an emergency. In the meantime I have been displaced from my home and I'm staying in a hotel. The landlord is still dragging their feet and I am about out of money to stay at a hotel so I will have to go back to my house and I am terrified. I don't have any money to get a lawyer and I don't have any more money or a new first months and deposit for a new place. I am so lost right now and would really appreciate any help our guidance for me and my family. Thank you and God Bless
