Hi! My name is Mare Draper, owner and founder of Beans Coffee House and Beans House Foundation on Main Street in Newark, Delaware. I am in the the process of starting an amazing internship program that trains, educates, and supports young people (14 - 24yrs) struggling with anxiety, depression, and suicide ideation through workforce development. 

As many of you know, young people today are facing unprecedented challenges. Many have experienced a great sense of loss through the cancellations of milestone events, social activities, and educational experiences made worse by Covid 19. Isolation is hard at any time, and in many cases, prove to be fatal. Beans Coffee House offers a safe space and work environment that welcomes those in need with a nurturing, uplifting, positive place where recovery, renewal, and rejuvenation can occur.

Beans House Foundation has made the decision to become a non-profit organization. In doing so, we will need support from the community.  We need your help! We need funding to get our non-profit, Beans House Foundation, up and running. All donated money will be used for non-profit documentation, improvements to the training facility, training salaries, and marketing. Any amount will be helpful.
