Desperately begging for help

I’ve been working but I’m short on my bills I have to pay about $1,000 in order to keep my car and insurance so that I can keep working. Please help me. I lost my job in September and I have been doing side work at small farms. I have ADHD and find it difficult filling out online applications (I’ve done over 800, with one interview) I’m signed up with a temp agency but nothing has come of it yet. I worked at UPS for 21 years, so I’m a hard worker I’m just having trouble finding a full time job. I want to work, I’m trying my best to pay my bills but I’m just falling behind and need some help.
