Hi, my name is Luke and I am fundraising for my family on behalf of myself so I can travel to America to be there for the birth of our child and the safe passage back to Australia when the baby is big enough for the trip.

Here is the situation

We met a year ago .

She had just escaped an abusive relationship.

I had started working on a Not For Profit to help people with CPTSD.

We started working on the project together.

Over time we fell in love.

She came to Australia to see if it will work.

The both of us starting a new life.

We got engaged.

Together we started a new life becoming pregnant.

One month before visa ends and we are working on the partner visa.

We were torn apart because someone made false claims .

She was sent home a gross injustice.

If we can't get reunited it will become a serious legal matter.

I can not speak too much on the matter based on advice.

At least she is safe and being looked after.

Though being separated now is so unfair.

Now safe in a home with other pregnant women.

We talk everyday.

Both of us are staying positive and remaining active.

Me in the garden and working on starting a business.

She is contributing to the household and doing book readings.

I was in a bad way for a month and I am getting better now.

She is alone besides having cut contact with family.

I have to travel to America near the time of the birth to be there for Mum and Baby

Hopefully we can get married before the birth.

Then when the baby is able to travel we return to Australia.

This is what is important

We both have survived trauma and want to not only help others heal as a life goal, we want to provide a safe nurturing environment for our child.

Being separated in this way was a gross injustice. By the reuniting of my fiancé will work towards making things fair.

Having people help us via gofundme enables me being there in time closer to the birth. This will work towards making things better.

The returning of us as a family to Australia will work towards healing from this chaos that was forced on us. We were on track to have the visa ready and we are in separate countries and I need to get to her.
