Meet Callum - the sweetest little fella you'll ever meet. He is the son of two of the most amazing people, Emma and Bronson Pompilio, who have shown unwavering strength and love through the most unimaginable circumstances.

Callum was born in heart failure due to unexpected complications. He was immediately put on ECMO, and now lives with the support of a Berlin Heart - an external mechanical heart that pumps for him - while he waits for a heart transplant. It is a complex device, but for Callum, it's a lifeline - a bridge to the next chapter in his story.

Callum is currently inpatient at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he will remain until he receives his gift of life. His parents have completely uprooted their lives to be by his side - Mom is living in Philly full-time, while Dad travels from Baltimore every weekend to be with his family.
