"My name is Mohannad Jamal Alathamna.I am 27 years old، I live in Gaza City. I lived there and grew up in the town of Beit Hanoun from childhood. I completed high school with a very good grade and moved on to university, where I studied civil engineering at Palestine University. Then, I completed my master's degree at the Islamic University in the field of water resources engineering. Currently, my family and I are stuck in Gaza, and I want to leave with my family to safety in Egypt.
Patience has taken a lot from us. Today is the 203rd day of war, out of 203 days of suffering. I don’t want to say much. Praise be to God. I hope someone can help me and publish the link. I will be very grateful to him.
My family and I have experienced tragedies and sorrows in this war and previous wars, suffering greatly from them. Eighteen members of my family were martyred, and more than a hundred were injured in the invasion of 2006.
My father was martyred by a heinous crime. My elder brother, Mohammed, lost his left hand and suffered a severe injury, My older brother, who lost his left arm due to the war on Gaza in 2006 when he was a young child, traveled to many countries for treatment until he came to terms with the reality and accepted it, and thank God he accepted it and continued his life and became a lawyer now.

My mother was injured, but thankfully, it was minor. My younger brother, Muayad, and my younger sister, Manar, were also injured.
We have not been spared in this war, and my sister was injured again. I hope for her recovery, so I want to leave with my family to safety. The whole world knows my family's story, as it has been documented on social media for those who do not know what happened to my family. All praise be to Allah in all circumstances.
Despite the suffering we endured in 2006, we continued with our lives and academic careers. My elder brother, Mohammed, became a lawyer, and my younger brother, Muayad, is currently studying general medicine. My younger sister, Manar, is studying software engineering.
My family consists of five people:
My mother, Susan Hani Alathamna, aged 53;
myself, Mohaned Jamal alathamna, aged 27;
my elder brother, Mohammed Jamal Alathamna, aged 30;
my younger brother, Muayad Jamal Alathamna, aged 22;
and my younger sister, Manar Jamal Alathamna, aged 19.
Now we live in a tent after we had a beautiful house in which all childhood memories went with the house after it was destroyed by them, but we thank God in any case.

I want to raise money to pay for coordination with Hala Misr and for my family and I to safely exit the Gaza Strip.
I hope that whoever reads my story will help us and not withhold even the simplest things. All I want is for my family and I to move to safety, as we no longer have the ability to endure loss and calamities. Thank you to those who contribute to spreading my story among their loved ones to help me leave to safety. All praise be to Allah in all circumstances."
