'BE THE LIGHT' Fundraising Campaign

'BE THE LIGHT' campaign's aim is to get as many people in Ireland to wear the colour yellow on Friday the 26th of February to raise awareness of homelessness this New Year and the COVID-19 situation.
We are donating all proceedings to Focus Ireland and The Simon Community.
How to get involved:
To play your part in helping homelessness in 2021-
1. Post on social media a photo of you wearing the colour yellow using #bethelight hashtag.
2. Donate whatever you can here on the gofundme page.
It's that simple !!
The focus on the colour yellow comes from the common colour that Enactus Worldwide uses, Focus Ireland uses and The Simon Community uses.
Along with this, the campaign is to raise awareness by lighting up famous buildings / structures around Ireland in yellow in support.
This campaign is being run and organized by University College Cork Enactus Society. Enactus UCC is a local branch of a worldwide organization for student entrepreneurs aiming to make the world a better place by bringing bright students together to create meaningful projects and campaigns.
We would like to THANK everyone who donates to the BE THE LIGHT Campaign. Your donations will make a big difference in the lives of the many homeless people that Focus Ireland & The Simon Community help every year.
Enactus UCC will be the withdrawer of the funds raised and the funds will be distributed equally in half between Focus Ireland and The Simon Community.
