Be a "piece" of their story

The oldest of four, my cousin Jen has always been the mother hen and never saw her life without a bunch of children surrounding her. She and her husband Brian began their journey to start a family immediately after getting married 3 1/2 years ago, but unfortunately suffered through difficulties with fertility. When by luck they were able to conceive, tragic circumstances led them to losing two angels and had severe and near fatal complications for her. It is why now they have turned their sites to starting a family through a different path. They have chosen to adopt and give a beautiful child the family and life they otherwise would not have. They have chosen to go through a private adoption as to minimize their chances of losing another child (such as if they were to foster a child who could potential return to their biological family) However with this choice comes a large financial burden for them and while they are determined to do this on their own our family is adamant that we want to contribute in some small way. So I am having a puzzle fundraiser. Each person who would like to contribute to bringing Baby Platt home can sponsor one or more puzzle pieces for $10 a piece. We will then write your name on the back of the puzzle piece. Once the fundraiser is complete we will put the puzzle together and frame it in a double sided frame so Jen and Brian can hang it in the nursery and be reminded everyday of all of the people who were a "piece" of bringing their baby home. They can show it to their child as he or she grows and share the generosity of all of those who were part of their story. As a special thank you, we will send you a photo of baby Platt along side the completed puzzle once he or she has arrived.
