Give Abdul Rahman's Family a Chance at Life

Hello, my name is Abdulrahman, and I'm working to raise funds for my family. In the photo, you can see my siblings, young children hoping for a better life in the difficult circumstances they live in: Retaj, Janan, Tala, Ibrahim, and Masa.

On December 24, 2023, our neighborhood was suddenly subjected to an evacuation order, forcing all residents to leave their homes in a state of panic and anxiety. We didn't have time to gather our essentials; we only took a small bag containing a few personal items. We left everything behind and moved to an area near but farther from our homes, where we believed it would be safer.

Upon arriving at our new location, we had difficulty finding shelter. After a long search, we found an old school, where we decided to stay. We had no choice but to sleep in a tent pitched in the schoolyard, but unfortunately, we had no mattresses or blankets, just stones beneath us. That night was harsh, as we suffered from the cold and anxiety, missing the sense of security we had enjoyed in our homes.

Sadly, this wasn't the only ordeal we faced. We lost my brother, who was my biggest support, and we weren't able to say goodbye to him properly. They buried him in the schoolyard, as we couldn't go to the cemetery due to the difficult circumstances. That moment was very painful, as we lost not only a home, but also a dear member of our family.

We were able to return to our homeland.

Unfortunately, our home is no longer the same as we left it.

This picture is not just a burnt-out building about to be demolished. It's the story of a lifetime, a home that once embraced our laughter and our safety. In an instant, everything turned to ash. But despite the rubble, our hearts still beat, and our voices will continue to tell the truth. Help us start over... because we deserve life.

This wasn't just furniture... it was a place where the family gathered, where we shared laughter, prayers, and reassurance.

Today, all that remains is silence and dust.

We're being destroyed from the outside, but our spirits remain.

This is the other half of the house...

A place where life once teemed with every detail is now a blackened ruin, covered in the scars of fire and destruction.

The kitchen, once filled with a mother's warmth and the smell of baking, has become a pile of burnt iron.

And the hallways, once home to childhood footsteps and laughter, have been transformed into a gloomy silence and painful rubble.

This is not just physical destruction; it's a stab in the heart of a family that has lost its shelter and security.

Our daily lives are catastrophic, as we face severe food and water shortages, in addition to psychological difficulties that affect their future. Beyond this suffering, we feel extremely helpless in the face of what is happening to my family and loved ones.

That's why we need your help. The funds raised will be used to address the current emergency and provide for our basic needs during these difficult times.

With your help, these donations will support our lives, which have been completely destroyed.

The primary goal of this campaign is to enable us to leave and seek a new, safe life away from war and conflict.

These funds will cover travel costs, temporary accommodation, and basic living expenses so we can begin a dignified and stable life in a place that offers us safety and opportunities.
