Bridge Builders to the New Generation

 Bridge Builders to the New Generation is a startup Nonprofit founded by Shamawn Wright. Shamawn is a  first-generation College student presently pursuing his masters in Higher Education and students affair, from the University of San Francisco. As an individual who grew up in Northern California inner-city neighborhoods, Shamawn has the first-hand experience with a lack of services and educational disadvantages facing our youth. Additionally, he is aware of the decreasing extracurricular activities that keep children engaged, motivated, and busy.

Bridge Builders to the New Generation is dedicated to providing a  bridge that takes inner-city youth in Antioch, California to an inclusive, nurturing, safe environment where they will learn skills necessary to excel in college, career, and life. As a Non- profit organization, we are committed to outreach, community engagement, and promoting an inclusive environment. Bridge Builders professionals will take pride in empowering youth to live a productive life by providing a chance to grow and strengthen educational, social, vocational, and independent living skills.

Our goal is to create quality resource centers and alternative education centers that provides inner-city youth with activities, skills, and guidance to thrive in education — instilling qualities that will enable them to excel in higher education. 

100% of Your donation will go towards Bridge Builders to the New Generation, and will be used for the following:

-Incorporation, Filing, and other startup costs

-Tutor Programs, vocational classes

-Back to school/ outreach

Create quality resource centers and independent education centers that provide inner-city youth with activities, skills, and social services necessary to thrive in education. Instilling qualities that will enable them to attain their aspirations by excelling in school, career, and life.
