“It’s really hard to put my life into words at the moment, I don’t even know where to start. At the moment, nothing for me is the same as it used to be and I don’t have any certainty for the future. Just keeping my head strong and plodding forward.”

In November, Reiss Raz & Bill Grokes will be competing in the HYROX men’s doubles and raising money for the incredible BodyByJR community’s Yasmin who was involved in the terrible incident in Hainault back in April whilst on duty.
