Want to join us in making a difference? We are accepting donations for the restoration of the historic Wood House that was devastated by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. We are working with the Bayside Historical Society on this effort, and any donation will help make an impact.
This effort was recently awarded a grant for $250,000 by the Texas Historical Commission. This money has specific designations for historical restoration.
The total restoration effort will cost approximately $2 million and will result in a facility including meeting rooms, a hotel and museum.
