The East Village meets Queens project was started in the heart of the pandemic to support individuals and families hardest hit by COVID in the Ridgewood and Elmhurst area of Queens. www.evlovesqueens.com
They are a 100% voluntary, grassroots project that feeds around 3000 people a week. We can make a nutritious and healthy meal for around 80 cents so each donation goes a long way to making an immediate impact to families in serious need.
As of Monday, June 15, 2020 -
*13,242 meals have been served
*650 family pantry bags donated
*12,245 pounds of groceries donated.
This fundraiser will remain open until Saturday June 20th.
