After my 10k in July being so moving for me I have decided my next challenge… a half marathon!

This time my chosen charity is another one that holds a special place in my heart and the lives of many people I know. The work they do is absolutely incredible, they strive to make a difference so needed in today’s world!

More information about RASASC Guildford Limited: We support all survivors of rape and sexual abuse aged 13 and above who live in and around Surrey. We have been caring for survivors since 1992 and offer counselling, family support, a telephone helpline, group therapy and an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Service. In 2018 over 3000 survivors benefited from our work. The aim is to support survivors to cope and recover from the trauma they have experienced and move forward with their lives.
