As you know I lost my Dad this summer to Parkinson’s, which as many of you will also sadly know it is a cruel and horrible disease. Unbelievably, after a very jolly Sunday lunch, we got talked into running the Barcelona Half Marathon. So we thought if we are mad enough to do this we ought to make it count. So if we can raise a little money for Parkinson’s UK, the early morning runs will be more worthwhile. Any contributions will be gratefully received.
