Ballona Lagoon “Lighthouse” Bridge Restoration

Hello! My name is Eric Hecht. I am a fellow community member residing at 28 Outrigger St in Marina Del Rey. One day, my neighbor Tom Mulhern told me about the most fantastic person, Debbie Huber. Debbie had been painting the Lighthouse Bridge to restore it to its formal beauty. I walked over to meet her at the lighthouse bridge when another community member, Leon Grant, stepped up at the same time to offer a contribution. All 4 of us ended up organizing, and here we are, providing a place for other community members to contribute if they wish. I estimate about $1500 in materials and left an extra $500 budget. Any leftover money will go towards the 4th of July Bridge Restoration Party open to the Community located at 28 Outrigger St from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, including Free Tacos by our favorite local caterer Francisco.
