As many of you all know, my dad Franscico Vallejo Guitierrez was detained and has been detained since July 3rd 2025, early morning he was leaving home to head to work when he got pulled over by undercovers. It has been a very long time and a hard time since he’s not been home and he is in fact missed very much by us and many. Throughout the time we learned this was not going to be a fast and easy process but we have also learned patience and having good faith will lead to positive outcomes. So after so many months of waiting and having court dates getting denied or pushed back, on his last court appearance on February 3rd 2026, he was finally granted bail and will be coming home ! The bail set amount is 10k due before March 6th 2026, an amount that yes we are definitely paying for him to return back home and also yes it’s an amount that is a lot for just my mom and I. We ask for your help to return my dad back home to us ! PLEASE SHARE ! And anything is very much appreciated always, from the bottom of my heart thank you all that has been here since the beginning ! Como muchos de ustedes saben, mi padre Franscico Vallejo Guitierrez fue detenido y ha estado detenido desde el 3 de julio de 2025, temprano en la mañana estaba saliendo de casa para ir a trabajar cuando fue detenido por encubiertos. Ha pasado mucho tiempo y a sido un momento difícil desde que no ha estado en casa y, de hecho, nosotros y muchos lo extrañamos mucho. A lo largo del tiempo hemos aprendido que, esto no iba a ser un proceso rápido y fácil, pero también hemos aprendido que la paciencia y tener buena fe conducirá a resultados positivos. Así que después de tantos meses de espera y tener fechas judiciales negadas o retrasadas, en su última comparecencia ante el tribunal el 3 de febrero de 2026, ¡finalmente se le concedió la fianza y volverá a casa! La cantidad establecida de la fianza es de 10 mil que se vence antes del 5 de marzo de 2026, una cantidad que sí, definitivamente vamos a pagar para que regrese a casa y también sí, es una cantidad que es mucho solo para mi madre y para mí. ¡Le pedimos su ayuda para devolvernos a mi padre de vuelta a casa! ¡POR FAVOR, COMPARTE!
