Hi, my name is Anthony, and I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my grandparents, Jesse and Leticia Ruiz. Many of you know Jesse as the friendly face behind the Mall Shoe Service — a place he’s proudly run for years.

Right now, he is in the ICU in critical condition, and our family is doing everything we can to support him and Leticia (Nana) through this incredibly difficult time. We’re asking for help to ease the burden of medical and living expenses while they navigate this journey.
