Hello I'm Chris and I'm backpacking from Wigan England to Wigan Philippines mostly by walking. After suffering from mental health issues myself and attending Andys man club I'm raising money in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB which are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

ANDYSMANCLUB is a male suicide prevention charity. They were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. They facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the Uk and Scotland for any man to attend over 18. They provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. There is no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
