<div>I've back packed from Wigan England to Wigan Philippines traveling through 15 countries which took 180 days. I then returned home, after 20 days I walked 73 miles of hadrians wall path, my latest adventure was riding on top of the iron ore train across the Sahara desert after visiting 4 countries in the African continent and staying with local families.  I'm now off to the Canadian Rockys in September 2026. Ive suffered from mental health issues and attended Andys man club. I'm raising money in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB which are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

<div>ANDYSMANCLUB is a male suicide prevention charity. They were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. They facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the Uk and Scotland for any man to attend over 18. They provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. There is no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
