**Help Bobby Start a New Chapter**

On September 27, 2026, I came across a video that deeply moved me. The video featured a man I know personally, working alone at a local Taco Bueno. A customer had taken the time to film him and publicly recognize his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and kindness despite the difficult circumstances he was working under.

That man is my friend, Bobby.

Bobby has worked for Taco Bueno for 12 years. I met him in 2019 when I started working there, and he was one of the people who helped train me. From the moment he walks through the door, he brings grace, positivity, hard work, and genuine care for every customer he serves. He has a way of making people feel welcome and valued, no matter what challenges he is facing.

Over the years, Bobby has been transferred from store to store, often being sent to struggling locations to help improve operations and morale. He has repeatedly stepped up when asked, worked tirelessly, and remained loyal to his employer. Yet despite his dedication, he has been overlooked for opportunities and passed over for positions that he was promised or had earned through his hard work.

What makes Bobby truly remarkable is that he continues to show up every day with a smile. He treats customers with patience and kindness, even in situations that would cause many people to quit. The video that inspired me to create this fundraiser showed exactly who Bobby is: someone who chooses compassion, professionalism, and perseverance, even when the odds are stacked against him.

Unfortunately, Bobby feels trapped in a difficult work environment. He cannot simply walk away because he needs the income to survive. He has searched for other opportunities but, much like at his current job, he often finds himself overlooked despite everything he has to offer.

I'm creating this GoFundMe because I want Bobby to know that he is seen, appreciated, and valued. He deserves more than constant disappointment and broken promises. He deserves the chance to pursue better opportunities without the fear of financial hardship holding him back.
