Hello friends! Our names are Jackson and Amanda TerKeurst. My husband and I have been on our pregnancy journey since we got married in 2016. We have been together for eight years now and have always dreamed of starting our family together, but after trying for a little over a year after we married with no luck, we knew there was something wrong. After lots of lab testing and repeated radiology tests over the years, we finally had an answer that pursuing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is our only option for creating our family.
We have already spent several thousands of dollars throughout this long process - In addition to numerous labs, medications, and procedures, I have had to have invasive surgery. We have been through two rounds of IVF so far that have failed, and I am currently undergoing additional procedures and testing with the hope of determining why the embryos are not "sticking" and how we may need to alter my medication regimen.
The purpose of creating this page for us is to be able to keep friends and family updated throughout this journey of trying to start our family. Emotional support from close friends and family is the number one blessing that has helped us get through this process as long as we have without staying in a pit of despair.
Of course, if you feel led to give, we would greatly appreciate any financial blessings, and trust that God will carry us through to provide the rest.
We are determined that we are going to continue on this journey anticipating God’s use of our story in amazing ways... And dreaming of holding our own precious blessing one day.
