Baby Sol’s medical expenses

Donation protected

Baby Solaris was born prematurely on February 20th, weighing 4lbs 1oz. He stayed in the NICU for 1 month with a few complications. Since then he had been doing good until about a week ago. He was taken to his doctor, which said he had acid reflux. But he continued to not seem ok. He just continuously cried. He was then taken to the ER on Saturday night. He wasn’t breathing on his own. On Sunday he was flown to Lubbock. They diagnosed him with Rhinovirus. A cat scan showed him to have a double aorta which is a rare condition where 2 curved tubes are coming from the heart. One of them is pressing against his trachea which his causing him to have problems breathing. He was transferred to Cooks Children’s Hospital in Ft. Worth Monday morning, where he had to get a blood transfusion. They doctors will meet on Wednesday to schedule him for surgery.  Both of his parents and their other 2 kids had to travel to Ft. Worth. Our baby Sol is a fighter and we believe God will do a miracle and he will not have any long term effects because of all this. Please help in anyway you can. It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
