As many of you know, our road to creating a family has been a difficult journey. Since we’d already gone through two rounds of IVF, Gree and I told ourselves we would adopt a sister for Vance after he turned 2 years old. This August, Vance would be turning 2 if he were still here in our arms. We promised our son that we would adopt him a little sister and we have every intention of fulfilling that promise. The adoption process comes with a large financial responsibility, so we have created this GoFundMe for anyone who would like to monetarily contribute. What we ask for most, however, is your thoughts and prayers. We’ve experienced all the highest and lowest emotions over the last few years, but we’re still unsure of what our hearts are going to face through this process. Adoption is foreign territory for both of us, but we’re thankful we have friends who’ve gone through the process and for all your prayers and support. We are in the early stages of gathering information and learning where and how to begin the adoption of our little princess.
