Baby Mayley

Donation protected
Our very sweet friends, Markie and Rob, had precious Mayley on July 12th. Mayley was born a month early and has had some complications. Because of these complications, she has been in the NICU since. See the post below from her mom.

"Update on our baby girl:
After over a month of living in a room with our girl in the NICU and working on feeding issues, we found after tests that she is totally healthy but because of some developmental delays due to being a preemie, she has trouble taking full bottles on her own. This led to the need for her to have a surgery that allows her to eat safely and to help her get home and thrive like a normal baby. After her surgery, she seemed to be in pain but we didn't know why. She ended up having an extremely rare and horrific complication. Rob had stepped out for a bit and I was holding her as it happened. Mayley did not know and will never remember, thank Jesus, but the trauma on us has been unreal. She was rushed into another surgery where God lined up everything perfectly to fix what had happened. A true miracle. After this second surgery, she began to have episodes where she would dip in her breathing. It was a horrible day for us. They found out she was having seizures. The seizures are now under full control through medicine. We are now waiting on test results and undergoing further tests to find answers. Our girl is healing and we believe the Lord God has healed her FULLY and continue to believe this for her. ⠀

Please, please pray over Mayley and her body and brain and organs, that she continues to grow and every part of her being functions just as God created it to, perfectly in order, that her health be restored completely, that all tests come back just right with no more complications and that she'll be home soon, a fully restored, healthy baby girl ready to live out her amazing life that God has promised she will have. Our Miracle Mayley."
