Sweet baby Maya Rose came into this world in the early morning hours of June 10th, 2020 at just 24 weeks gestation. Being born at a mere 1lb 10oz she has been a fighter since the start; battling breathing issues, heart issues, and digestion issues, just to name a few. With her dear mom and dad by her side every step of the way, she has shown a fiesty, fiery spirit that has served her well in the weeks that have followed. She has received multiple blood transfusions and has recently been flown from Traverse City to Ann Arbor. At the moment our littlest warrior princess is in the NICU at U of M awaiting heart surgery.  With her parents by her side, she continues to battle on each day. We are asking for support to help with basic necessities, food, and lodging while Veronica and Shaun continue to battle alongside their precious daughter.
