Together We Remember – Baby Loss Awareness Week

This fundraiser is something very close to my heart.

I’m organising a special event for Baby Loss Awareness Week in memory of my beautiful daughter, who I sadly lost.

Losing a baby is something that changes you forever. There are no words that can truly explain the heartbreak of losing your child, and although life carries on around you, you never stop loving or missing the little one you lost.

My daughter will always be a part of me, and I want to use her memory to do something positive and meaningful. I want to raise awareness of baby loss, help support other families going through something no parent should ever have to experience, and remind people that our babies are loved, remembered and never forgotten.

The event will be held at On The Rocks, Cheddar, on Friday 9th October from 8pm onwards, with everyone invited to pink and blue cowboy theme.

Throughout the evening, we will have a raffel with prizes kindly donated by local businesses, guess number of sweets in a jar competition and a special memory board.

The memory board will give people the opportunity to write their baby’s name or a message to their lost little one. I hope this will be a really special part of the evening, giving families a place to remember and acknowledge the babies who will always hold a place in their hearts.

I know how important it is to feel that your baby is remembered. Their lives may have been short, but their impact and the love we have for them lasts forever.

I’m hoping to raise as much money as possible to support families affected by baby loss and the charities that are there for them when they need support the most.
