Baby JP & family

Donation protected
After several days of excruciating pain, running tests and not many answers, Kali Hoch was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome at 25 weeks pregnant. Her body’s organs began to suffer and decline rapidly. She was transported via ambulance from Keesler AFB hospital to Oschners in New Orleans on Thursday, June 14th in efforts to stabilize her and begin induction to deliver Baby Jeremiah.  By Sunday afternoon, Kali’s levels began to decline again, baby could no longer tolerate labor and an emergency C-section was declared at 26 weeks gestation and their first baby was born. The medical team at Oschners has been phenomenal and the love, support and prayers the Hochs have received has been overwhelming to say the least! While both Kali and JP are on the road to recovery and doing well, this young family has a long road ahead of them. JP will be in the hospital for the next three months which means Mom and Dad will have to travel back and forth from Biloxi, MS to New Orleans, LA to see their baby boy. The family would like for Kali to be able to stay in New Orleans as often as possible to be able to visit JP. They will be applying to the Ronald McDonald House and if able to get a room during any part of the three months the goal amount will be adjusted. This gofundme is an effort to help take the burden of finances from the Hochs as much as possible while they endure a difficult yet miraculous season of life over the next few months. No gift is too small and prayer is priceless! Thank you in advance for the love you have shown and continue to show this family!
