I’m raising funds for my grandson, Baby John, and the funeral expenses our family is now facing after losing him at just 3 months old.

Baby John was born early and went through so much in his short life. He had serious health issues, including problems with his lungs, a feeding tube placed into his stomach, and a heart condition that made him a candidate for heart surgery next month. Despite everything he had already endured, Baby John passed away after succumbing to pulmonary aspiration, even with his parents and the ambulance trying CPR to save him.

This loss has shattered their whole world. My son had just started a new job and now has to take time away from work to grieve the loss of his baby. Baby John’s mother is also in deep disbelief, and both of them are heartbroken as they try to face this unimaginable pain.

The funds raised will help cover Baby John’s cremation, the rental of the funeral home, a priest for the service, and food and drinks for those coming to support the family in their loss. If there is anything extra, it will help Baby John’s parents get back on their feet while they grieve and begin to heal. These expenses need to be covered within the next month.
