Please help Krystin and Jason continue their IVF journey!
AKA :
Project BINKY22 - (Baby IN Krystin in Year 2022)
As some of you may know Krystin and Jason have been trying start a family for almost two years. After trying to conceive the "old fashioned way" for a year, they chose to consult fertility doctors.
After 4 rounds of ineffective Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) procedures, they moved onto In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). They have tried to remain hopeful; even after the continued heartbreak, month after month, of not seeing that little “plus” sign on the pregnancy test results.
To date, doctors have not determined the reasoning for the infertility. One of Krystin's previous doctors mislabeled her with mild PCOS (small cysts that form in the ovaries). Subsequently, a lower dose of medication prescribed during the first IVF cycle led to a lower production of eggs that could be retrieved, fertilized and then implanted back into Krystin. It’s hard to imagine the sadness and frustration felt by Krystin and Jason, when informed that the only fertilized egg retrieved could not be transferred. Adding to their frustration is not having the answer to why they can’t conceive in the first place.
Krystin and Jason's journey has not only been emotionally, physically, and time draining, but very costly as well. This GoFund page is setup to help defray the medical costs needed for the next round(s) of IVF. You will never meet a more loving and deserving couple then my sister Krystin and my brother-in-law Jason.
So please join me and share in Krystin and Jason’s journey by contributing whatever you can. I thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness. It’s been a rough road, but with your love and support we know there will be a positive outcome. Krystin and Jason WILL be amazing parents!
Cheers!
