Say hello to my baby nephew Desiderio Garcia Calleros. Better known as Desi, who is barely reaching 5 months of age. On January 30, 2023 Desi will be receiving open heart surgery to fix 3 holes in his heart and other cardiovascular issues he has encountered. Overall this is a $200,000 surgery to save Desi’s life. Not only the cost of the surgery but the cost of living can be challenging for Desi’s parents; my brother Efrain and partner Priscilla. I have started this GoFundMe to help Desi’s parents ease a bit of stress. They will be staying with Desi at the hospital for over a week. Which means they are forced to eat out which can get expensive. Not only to feed themselves but to feed Desi. Desi has special dietary needs which means his formula is very very expensive.
